About Homeopathy

Homeopathy is a gentle and non-invasive form of medicine. It originated some 200 years ago, based on the fundamental principle is “like cures like”. Homeopathy is used by millions of people worldwide.

Homeopathy is a holistic therapy: it considers the whole person, not just the organ affected. It does not merely treat the symptom but seeks to understand the root cause.

It can be used alongside conventional therapy and often helps to alleviate the side effects of conventional drugs or treatments.

What can homeopathy treat?
Homeopathy can be used in first-aid and acute situations as well as for chronic complaints. Chronic complaints successfully treated by homeopathy include:

  • Eczema and other skin issues;
  • Digestive issues (e.g. constipation, IBS, diarrhoea);
  • Headaches and migraines;
  • Sleep problems;
  • Menstrual issues;
  • Anxiety;
  • Depression;
  • Arthritis;
  • High Blood Pressure.

Is it safe?
Homeopathy is perfectly safe. The remedies are made from a very small amount of the active substance. Two centuries of practice, research and experiments have proved the safety of this system of medicine.
Homeopathic medicines are non-addictive and have no dangerous side-effects.

Who can use homeopathy?
Everyone! Homeopathy is safe to use for anyone, from babies to the elderly and are also safe to take during pregnancy.

About me

My name is Priscille, I am a qualified homeopath and Friends of the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths. I graduated at Bristol’s Contemporary College of Homeopathy in July 2018 where I gained invaluable experience in treating children and adults alike.

I have been using homeopathy for many years and have personally benefited from homeopathy for chronic ailments.

As well as helping people, I enjoy walking, Pilate, reading and playing board games; travelling and meeting people of different cultures; going back to my family house in Brittany and swimming in the sea - and of course eating delicious French food!

Originally trained as a management accountant, my desire to help people alongside my attraction to natural therapies lead me to homeopathy.

Best wishes,
